چکیده

In this study, a horn antenna operating at 5.8GHz centre frequency, which is an ISM de-signed and manufactured. The novelty of the that it produced using 3D printer with conductive filament containing carbon nanotube particles. geometric dimensions were calculated by means design software. Then, size radiating element was optimized to set frequency 5.8GHz. It has been verified electromagnetic simulations designed exhibits frequency. geometry sketched in 3-dimensional drawing program made ready for printing. This fabricated on Ultimaker PLA fila-ment nanotubes. radiation SMA connector finally attached printed antenna. response then measured vector network analyser shown pyramidal works desired band. characteristic without need any additional coating or spray thanks weight only 64.53 grams, including element. proposed lightweight practical concept may have important applications considering advances needs mobile defence telecommunication systems.

Design, Simulation and implementation of active dual-band dipole antenna using a series stub

In this paper, a new method for designing an active dual-band dipole antenna is proposed. The operating frequencies of the proposed antenna are 150 and 450 MHz that are usually used in military applications. Using a series stub is the main idea in the proposed dual-band antenna, where it makes an independent resonance frequency higher than the main resonance frequency of a conventional dipole. ...

Development of A Compact and Low Profile ‎Cavity Backed Slot Antenna Using Microstrip ‎Gap Waveguide Technology

Proof of concept of a cavity backed slot antenna based on inverted microstrip gap ‎waveguide (IMGW) technology is presented. Since the antenna is operating based on the ‎first resonating mode of the cavity, it is more compact compared to the ordinary cavity ‎backed slot antennas in which the second cavity mode is used for radiation. Furthermore, ‎the proposed antenna element introduces lower lo...

Design and Implementation of a Compact Super-Wideband Printed Antipodal Antenna Using Fractal Elements

A compact printed fractal antipodal bow-tie antenna is designed and implemented to simultaneously cover the operations in the C, X, and Ku-bands. It is demonstrated that by addition of small fractal elements at the sides of hexagonal arms of the bow-tie, a wide operating frequency range of 3.3 to 19.1 GHz can be covered while antenna size is only 30×34×1.2 mm3. In order to match the antenna to ...

A Small 3-d Multi-band Antenna of “f” Shape for Portable Phones’ Applications

A small 3-Dimensional (3-D) multi-band antenna of “F” shape is proposed for portable phones’ applications. The designed configuration of the proposed antenna is different from traditional Planar Inverted-F Antenna (PIFA) radiators. The proposed antenna has the good characteristics of wide band. The ratio of impedance bandwidth to the central frequencies 2.5 and 5.1GHz is 28.6% and 9%, respectiv...

Generation of High-Purity Millimeter-Wave Orbital Angular Momentum Modes Using Horn Antenna: Theory and Implementation

Twisted electromagnetic waves, of which the helical phase front is called orbital angular momentum (OAM), have been recently explored for quantum information, high speed communication and radar detections. In this context, generation of high purity waves carrying OAM is of great significance and challenge from low frequency band to optical area. Here, a novel strategy of mode combination method...
